National Trails Day Event

From Buffalo take US 16 out of Buffalo for about 20 miles until you see the sign for Elgin Park. Take right onto Elgin Park road and look for the sign for the trailhead on the right. Follow the road to the trailhead.

Our club built the Elgin Park Trailhead  (Google map link to satellite image) & maintains it & the trails around it.  Some of us will go up on Thursday or Friday, but the workday is Saturday.  We spend Saturday working a number of trails from the trailhead doing general clearing and maintenance. We then have a potluck-type meal Saturday evening. We usually bring beer or wine for those that want it. Some stay overnight & we have a group breakfast, then ride or visit.  New members are encouraged to come and meet everyone.
